Introduction

Welcome to Codot. By accessing and using the Codot website, you accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Codot website.

Acceptance

By using Codot's website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you access the website on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Engagement

Codot offers creative services, including software development, video editing, graphic design, and digital marketing. Clients must review our portfolio to ensure our style aligns with their expectations before proceeding. Creative freedom is essential to our process.

Payment and Project Commencement

A 50% advance payment of the agreed quotation is required to commence any project. No work will begin until the advance payment is received. Payments should be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

Project Scope

The project scope will be clearly outlined in the quotation. Any requests for work that fall outside this defined scope will be considered a redesign rather than a revision, and additional charges may apply.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. Clients are encouraged to review our portfolio and assess our style before proceeding with any project to avoid any misunderstandings.

Project Support

Our standard project support period ends 7 days from the delivery date. Any additional terms specific to the project will be outlined in the quotation.

Confidentiality

Codot agrees to maintain confidentiality for all client information unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights related to the project will be transferred to the client. Codot retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless specified otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Codot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any inability to use them.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved in accordance with Indian law.

Changes to Terms

Codot reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through email or via the website.
