Payment Policy

Payments are processed securely through our trusted third-party payment provider. All payments must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule in your project quotation, including a 50% advance payment before any work begins.

Currency: Payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) or as specified.

Project Terms

Clients must provide timely feedback and approvals. Delays may result in project completion delays. Support is provided for 7 days after delivery, with any identified issues addressed at no additional cost.

Approval and Timely Feedback Policy

Clients are expected to review drafts, prototypes, or edits within 3 business days. Communication for feedback can be directed to Codot’s project manager or creative director via email or phone. If feedback is not received in time, Codot may proceed based on the last received draft to prevent delays. Final approval must be given within 5 business days of the project reaching its final stage.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds are issued once a project has been initiated. Clients should review our portfolio to ensure our style aligns with their expectations before starting. For cancellations before project initiation, Codot may retain a portion of the advance payment to cover administrative costs.

Intellectual Property Policy

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights, including design assets, code, and video outputs, will be transferred to the client. Codot retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested.

Data Protection

We prioritize data protection. All data collected by Codot is stored securely, with access limited to authorized personnel. We comply with applicable data protection regulations to ensure responsible handling of your data.

Changes to Policies

Codot reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. The most current version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved according to Indian law.
